Returns & Replacement Policy

At Doodle Needle Yarn Store, we aim to provide high-quality yarns, baby clothing, and patterns. If you ever face an issue, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product arrived defective

If any of the above applies, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

 

What is NOT Eligible

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Yarns that have been opened, used, or partly consumed
  • Baby clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Digital downloads (PDF patterns)
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items without proof of damage

 

Required Proof

To process your request, please provide:

  • Unboxing video or clear images of the issue
  • Order number and registered contact details

This helps us verify the claim and offer a quick resolution.

 

Replacement Process

Once approved:

  • A replacement item will be sent
  • If replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued
  • Refunds are only given in exceptional cases (e.g., out-of-stock)
